It was a quick stop for us so we didn't mind a traditional Japanese business hotel. Room size was decent while furniture outdated. Mattress was not super comfortable but nothing too much beyond our expectation. Check-in staff speak little English but were generally helpful. Parking lot is narrow, but again all within our expectations. Area is vibrant with a good range of restaurant options and very walkable. Value for the price.

location is great. a block from kita 24 subway stop and bus stop to/from new chitose airport. plenty of good place to eat around, open late. friendly and helpful staff, who can communicate in english rooms are clean and comfortable

*Hotel staff are very polite and room service was done evryday. *An Indian restaurent named "Mohan Dish" is there just in 5 minutes walkable distance. *A subway station is available in a walkable distance. *Airport bus is also available in just 5 mins walkable distance. *Overall a very good choice for stay.
