Mercure Sao Paulo Ibirapuera Privilege

Comfort Hotel Ibirapuera
Good value and great location. Front desk accommodated my early check-in. On the downside, one of door locks was broken, in room safe battery low and did not work and hot water was very slow in coming for the first shower and non-existent the second morning before check out.

External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.
