O hotel é antigo, quartos espaços e limpos, a cama é muito ruim e os travesseiros também, a localização é bem próxima da Cracolândia o que dificulta andar a pé pelas redondezas, o café da manhã é ok, e os funcionários são educados!

Foi boa, porém seguem pontos de melhoria: - vazamento nos banheiro dos 2 apartamentos que nos hospedamos (306 e 406), uma funcionária relatou que é um problema geral do 5o andar para baixo. - ar condicionados (tb dos 2 apartamentos) fazem barulho de gotas caindo sobre eles o que incomoda MUITO a noite prejudicando um bom sono. Café da manhã excelente!

A acomodação foi espaçosa, o café da manhã é simples, mas a comida é fresca, bastante saborosa e preparada com zêlo. Os atendentes são solícitos e o hotel fica num local que facilita embarques por carro de aplicativo. Duas coisas foram bastante incômodas: 1. O fato de não ser possível abrir a janela e ter uma vista da rua, pois o sistema toldo externo à janela de vidro está danificado, e não permite movimentação da estrutura que protege o quarto do sol; 2. O ar-condicionado do quarto era do modelo caixa e por isso faz barulho, o que prejudica o sono do hóspede. Além disso, o filtro do aparelho estava bastante sujo.

Estadia oferece o que se propõe. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza boa. Roupa de cama razoável e um pouco velha , mas limpa. Não oferece serviço de quarto mas há uma geladeira que vc pode comprar refrigerante e água. Localização bem no Centro , parte mais antiga e que não oferece muitas opções no entorno à noite , já que há uma preocupação com segurança. É hotel para quem viaja a negócios e precisa de um espaço limpo para dormir e um bom café da manhã.
