「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

「The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.」

「This property is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices. My favorite was the homemade yogurt with toppings and fresh fruit. The gardens were well maintained and the amenities were lovely. Our room was spacious and clean and the personalized service was perfect for an anniversary trip!」
