Terra Nostra Garden Hotel

"Everything about this place is completely top-notch. The gardens and hot pools are undescribable and available 24/7 for guests. The linens are the best I’ve ever had so soft and luxurious there is actually a pillow menu! The breakfast is a very extensive breakfast bar, which also includes some personally prepared options. The staff were always friendly and helpful and welcoming. We had dinner in the Terra Nostra restaurant and it was so memorable. The serving staff were very professional amd friendly. We had the Furnas stew which has to be experienced to be believed. We also had a cod dinner that was so beautiful and flavourful it will be remembered. We only ended up staying for two days and on our next visit we will absolutely be staying longer and utilizing the spa."
Octant Ponta Delgada

"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ponta del Gada and we had a room with a view of the harbor, which was fun. The front desk staff were really helpful, setting us up with ebikes and parking. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was one of our best meals. Only complaint is that the bathroom was too dark - hard to get ready when you can hardly see yourself! But this was minor and we had a great stay."

"Bien situé au centre ville . Bon déjeuner mais si vous voulez du bon café demander aux personnels car celui au buffet goûte l’eau. Ils vous ferons un bon expresso. Belle petite terrasse pour prendre le dejeuner. Magnifique piscine sur le toit."

"We loved our stay, the staff was super kind and allowed an early check-in. Very convenient location although nearby streets can be a bit narrow. For the saunas you need to contact reception and ask them to turn on the heat."

"The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."

"Gorgeous property, spotless and comfortable rooms, and amazing, friendly, hospitable staff. We felt utterly relaxed and taken care of throughout our stay...so much so that we canceled our second hotel and checked back in to Sensi the next day! Cannot wait for our next visit. Paradise on Earth..."
