"This is a nice hotel with lovely swimming pool, reasonably sized rooms and yummy buffet breakfast. There’s dinner buffet on three nights too at €29 pp bit with lots to choose so good value. There’s even a little boat to take you to the beach. The only ‘watch out’ is that there’s music all the time and lots of children entertainment. Unfortunately our room was close to the restaurant, which was good as my wife can’t walk far, but they did not tell us that there’s music etc every evening till...

"What a great hotel, the location is perfect in Tavira. The hotel is immaculate. All the staff were fantastic, a special mention to the staff that served breakfast & diner. The breakfast is amazing & the evening dining is superb, they make you feel very welcome & there advice on wine is excellent. All together a great a dining experience."

"This place was absolutely charming, the innkeeper was delightful, there’s a free breakfast which was amazing, our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and was easy walking to everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside would be if you can’t do stairs this is not suitable for you as there is no lift. But highly recommend if you are looking for a true European quaint inn."

"We would most definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s a short walk to the city center. There are a couple restaurants and services very nearby otherwise all of the other restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so the rooms are very quiet. The hotel provides towels for the beach. There are a few nice little amenities, such as free cake, fruit, spa water, and pastries at any time of the day. There is a full bar that is only for hotel guests. Hotel has less than 30 rooms. Staff was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel has a lovely design. Plug-ins for your electronics are well thought out. Plenty of hot water. Nice large shower. Our only complaint is the bathrooms are very dark. One other suggestion is they put more shade on the roof rooftop pool area. In the warm late afternoon, it would’ve been lovely to sit up by the pool and have a drink, but the intensity and direction of the sun made it uncomfortable. The pool is small and is not heated so depending on the season, it may not be very useful."

The gated parking was worry free and the large grocery store within walking distance was convenient although you have to walk around the roundabout so I would only do that during daylight. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. Diane from Canada"

"A great cottage in a good location. The property had everything to make our one week stay enjoyable. Well situated to get to the town centre of Tavira in five minutes in one direction, and the train station and supermarket in the other. The sun terrace on the roof offered both sunshine and shade throughout the day, and the smaller terrace, off the second bedroom, was nicely shaded for breakfast every morning. My wife and I would recommend this accommodation."
