"1. Parede muito finas. Qualquer barulho da rua ou dos outros quartos parecia estar dentro do seu quarto. 2. Quarto pequeno e pouco arejado. A limpeza só ocorre se vc pedir. Não limpam o quarto e banheiro na sua ausência. 3. Café da manhã não é a vontade. É uma sexta servida na mesa por casal. 4. A Lili, funcionária do café da manhã, é bastante atenciosa. A hospedagem não foi barata e não valeu o preço pago. Era melhor ter ficado em Alto Paraíso."

"A pousada fica numa localização ótima, bem pertinho do centro! Café da manhã é gostoso, tudo bem fresquinho e com alguma coisas preparadas na hora conforme seu pedido como tapioca, omelete ou couscus! Quarto estava limpo e cama e roupa de cama confortável. Chuveiro elétrico mas muito bom. Acho que uma reforma nos quartos seria bem vinda para deixar mais confortável. Na sacada tem uma mesinha porém a luz é bem fraca a noite. Poderiam melhorar esse ponto. Não utilizamos piscina e nem ofurô. "

"Achei que não há um padrão na limpeza do quarto, teve um dia que a limpeza foi boa, e outros 3 dias deixaram muito a desejar, sem limpeza de banheiro ou troca de toalhas. Os amenities (sabonete, shampoo, etc.) são ruins/inexistentes, para o preço cobrado da diária. O café da manhã é básico, e houve falta de produtos comuns, como queijo branco. Há nítida falta de manutenção, com sauna desativada e alguns gazebos e pisos de madeira na varanda com desgaste aparente. O atendimento é bastante amador....
