Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style.

The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel .

舒服和悠閒嘅度假酒店

有免費車去鹿回頭、大東海灘和免稅城。如唔去，酒店亦都有多個泳池游水同埋有緩跑徑跑步，或者喺個酒店裏面望住個海灘Hea都可以，裏便啲餐廳啲食物質素都唔差，如果去第一海鮮市場，call車方便都係10分鐘之內，下次都會入住。

Great hotel and what you expect for the price

Very nice modern hotel, can find any faults but I wouldn’t expect any for the price they charge. Sometimes the English language skill was a problem but was able to find a way round this.

The hotel is amazing with awesome service!!! Everything looks just as on pictures and experiencing even better! I’m too sensitive to smell in the room- they washed my carpet and brought me air purifier, so it became perfect! OMG! it’s really decent place to stay in!!

Amazing Views

Check in/check out was amazing - the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we had a fabulous view of the ocean. The pools were clean and looked just like the photos. The Chinese restaurant was our favourite during our whole Sanya trip. The food was so flavourful and fresh.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the local restaurant was great with many western and Chinese options. The hotel was close to the local because and many places to eat. The hotel property was spacious and beautiful. They had three pools that were beautiful and clean.

180 ocean view, good size room and great bathroom with Bath tub facing the ocean view. It also come with a shower room. I love the walk in closet and the Espresso machine also. Customer service with a smile and restaurants with great food varieties.

Great hotel within walking distance of the beach

This resort was absolutely beautiful and deserves the 5 star rating. Though most employees spoke Mandarin only, I was able to get by. The amenities were great as well as the food and services. My room smelled a bit like smoke - that was my only complaint as the concierge did not ask me whether I preferred a non-smoking room or a smoking room. The views were amazing from my 18th floor room of the JW Mariott hotel across the way and the ocean to the left of Dadonghai. The actual beach was just a five minute walk from the hotel and water sports were plenty on that beach.

The room and bathroom was nice. The ocean view we paid for was not that great, could have been due to us being put in a corner room farthest from the ocean, I believe they should advertise it as a 'partial ocean view' instead. 酒店員工非常有禮貌，酒店房間又大又舒適，浸泡浴缸還附有浴鹽及絲瓜絡，很貼心，一般的洗盥用品都有提供。食物方面酒店的自助晚餐一般，中菜廳的火鍋有驚喜。如果要到外面吃飯，往春日百貨方向大約步行15分鐘左右，附近有各式各樣的小舖可供選擇，大部分都乾淨整潔。還有坐出租車都是看錶計費的，酒店也有人會代叫，十分方便又便宜。

A short breakaway

Room and services were excellent. The shower room had a big rain shower head, the flow of the water was fine and the pressure was great. Everything was perfect. The only minus point, if you are staying for more than 2 nights and having breakfast there, it may be bored and no much changes to the food.

호텔 및 싼야에 대한 전반적인 후기

숙박시설은 전반적으로 최신식에 편리했고, 3층 수영장에서 바라보는 바다의 풍경이 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 밑에 연결된 산책로 따라, 15~20분정도 걷다보면 대동해 해수욕장이 나오고 중간중간마다 야외식당이 많아 볼거리가 많았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점은 하이난 자체가 중국어/러시아어를 선호하고, 숙소이외 지역에서는 영어가 통하지않아 불편했습니다.
