"The location of the hotel and the size of the hotel room is good, but the actual room was in an ok condition, could be better, but I know they reason for the non-maintenance, but the problem is that the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff at reception was pretty nice, but when I called ahead a couple times before my stay, they were rather rude. The amenities were basic and usable. Overall, I just hope they sort out their hotel politics soon because it's such a shame to see a famous and grand hotel get reduced to that state."

"The room was immaculate a great size. The staff were very friendly and greeted me every time I came in. The location was fantastic, close to the riverfront and near to countless restaurants. "
