"Our room here was wonderful! The view from the bedroom and the kitchen was spectacular. From checkin, to questions, and to check out the staff was helpful and available. They had parking underneath the building, which was convenient. We left the car there and walked, and we also took the bus to the other coastal towns. Much easier than driving. The room was spacious and we enjoyed coffee and breakfast out on the patio. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return :-)"

"We stayed here hoping it would be a good choice after reading some of the reviews, however we had a few issues. The hotel itself is very dated. The showers are really small, I had to hold the shower head as it wouldn’t rest in its holder. I asked for this be looked at but no one came throughout a 3 night stay. The beds are horrendous. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. They make so much noise when you’re turning during the night that it keeps waking you thinking that someone is in the room. Breakfast was very limited, we were completely ignored by the staff that I practically had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a drink. Even then I was hardly acknowledged. It was so bad that we decided not to eat there for the remainder of our trip. The car park that is recommended by the hotel is right next door. You have to give your keys to the receptionist when you have parked up as it’s a private car park and they may need to move your car to allow residences to park. Whilst we were there they had a builder working on the roof of the car park. He was smashing the plaster from the ceiling causing it to break on the floor and hit everything in a 5 mile radius. I have no idea how our rental car had no damage!?! They could have at least moved the car out of the way, they insisted on having the keys! The location itself was great…2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Ferry port 10-15 minute walk away."

"Staff is courteous and always helpful. Hotel provides a free shuttle to Maiori every hour which is very convenient. Drivers are attentive. Waiters are attentive and very polite. "

"Baia Verde is a beautiful family-run hotel. They were so warm and welcoming right from the moment we arrived. The included breakfast every day was delicious (we especially loved the homemade cakes- Torta della nonna!!) and helped fuel us for our days exploring. We even did washing one day and left it to dry on our balcony, then an afternoon storm came through. We were worried about it being wet but we arrived back to our room to see it was taken off the line and inside by staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Such a charming hotel, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie mille!! "
