The hotel is different than the apartments that I apparently booked. Probably a much different experience if you stay in the hotel. The apartments are sparse and they are right on the very busy road, so it’s noisy. There are literally no restaurants in walking distance. The hotel does have a parking underground, which was helpful.

We stayed 4 nights at Residence Due Torri- it was nice to be in one place for awhile after bouncing from stay to stay. The front desk was very helpful when we had the untimely loss of a phone on a bus- they made several phone calls in our stead, & we actually got the phone back when it turned up at the local police station! As for the room, it was very nice with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to save some money by having breakfasts in the studio after hitting the local supermarket for milk, cereal & snacks. All in all a great stay at a very reasonable price for a place practically on the water !
