Very well situated in Perissa, near the hill and the beach. The pool is very big and there is a bar if needed. Room service is offered everyday and you have the possibility to cook easy thing. A bit of noise because of the wind and the people who stayed at the same time than us but not related with the establishment itself.

This was the absolute best stay during our vacation. The room was incredible, clean great beds, small kitchen with utensils. The pool area is large and kept very clean at all time with a bar area where the owner would make the best Greek salads on the island. We will definitely come back to this gem!!!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, il y avait de la vaisselle, un frigo et de quoi cuisiner La piscine est très propre L'appartement où nous avons séjourné été propre. Les dames de ménage sont venues tous les jours. Il y a des transats, la piscine est de bonne taille. Et le gérant très sympathique.

Siamo stati molto bene, la posizione per noi era strategica è vicino a tutto quel che si ha bisogno in vacanza : stazione capolinea degli autobus, noleggio auto o moto, market di generi alimentari, tantissimi ristoranti tipici , a piedi si arriva addirittura a visitare un antico sito archeologico e altro ancora, poi , la piscina nell’albergo è la ciliegina sulla torta. Io con mia moglie abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa . Siamo stati dal 12 al 19 giugno lo consigliamo vivamente

Santorini June 23

Rooml was cleaned everyday and comfortable. Fridge, kettle and toaster was fine for what we needed as prefer to go out to eat. Only had one electric plug in hob so no good if wanted to cook meals. Pool is great. Fanatastic area to stay in.

Disappointing Studio

The studio was a tiny room, no bigger than our box room at home. It had a sink unit with a fridge under it barely 2ft from the bottom of the bed. There was a kettle a toaster and a small hotplate under the sink. There was nowhere to prepare food and if we had the kettle on the fridge top there was nowhere to put the hotplate. There was no table in the room, if we wished to make a meal of sorts we had to eat outside on the patio table. One day it was very windy and we had to eat our lunch sat on the bed. This may be the norm on Santorini, but I have never experienced such a small room on holiday and I have a least two holidays a year.

Nice hotel away from the main parts of the island

Hotel was close to the black sand beach, bus stop, shops and restaurants. This hotel is 30 minutes from the Port by bus. The hotel owner was a nice and friendly person. We arrived a few hours early and he allowed us to check in right away. The room was ok compared to the location/area. Very nice and clean pool. Shower was kind of small but overall ok. The room was small but clean with AC and WIFI was only available by the pool side. I recommend this place if you are staying around this part of the island (Perissa).

Piacevole e strategico

Sistemazione vicinissima alla spiaggia nera di Perissa, e quindi ai locali e ai ristoranti della zona. Resta comunque in un'area tranquilla e la piscina con l'angolo idromassaggio é un'ottima alternativa al mare nei giorni più ventosi.

Residence famigliare in una ottima posizione

Prima di partire ci ha contattato lo staff di Phevos villa se volevamo il trasferimento dal aereoporto al residence, il quale mi ha fatto molto piacere. Phevos villa si trova in una bella e tranquilla posizione vicino al centro e al mare. La camera era un po' piccola per tre ma pulita
