Tonia was so kind and helpful. Every morning our room was made spotless and fully stocked w/ eggs, bread, coffee and the best peach juice. Having a bus stop right there and a convenient path up to Firostefani made getting around so easy. Especially helpful when I forgot some meds in the fridge, a prompt call allowed us to return and collect them. Thank you, Tonia and Erato! Ian

I liked the position and the confortable room. the hotel has a view to the sea and you arrive to the hotel near by the car. The owner Is very kind. You has the essential to Cook . You have a nice pool and also a sauna .

Value for money

Value for money place in Firastephani, only 5 mins away from Fira if you drive. Just rent a car at airport or ferry and see the whole of Santorini.

Nuestra experiencia en Apartamentos Erato en Santorini ha sido maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos gracias a la amabilidad del personal. Un detalle que nos encantó fue el servicio de cortesía, con agua, té y café a nuestra disposición, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda. En general, todo estuvo cuidado al detalle y conseguimos disfrutar de unos días súper agradables. La ubicacion es perfecta a pocos minutos caminando encuentras parada de bus, restaurantes y comercios . Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable

Great budget option for 3 friends. Location was good, just a short (uphill) walk to Fira and a 15-20 min walk to the Fira bus station. It was a bit noisy as it was on a busy road. Room was clean and as expected. Pool was small but nice. Front desk staff was excellent: friendly and communicative. Would stay again if looking for a cheaper option

Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant le Check-in, malgré cela le personnel a accepté de nous accueillir plus tôt, et nous avons été conduit jusqu’a notre chambre avec vue imprenable sur la mer ! (nous l’avions spécifié dans nos demandes lors de la réservation) Si vous vous levez tôt vous pourrez même profiter du levé du soleil depuis le balcon, chambre très confortable, personnel très respectueux des règles d’hygiène, très bon souvenir. Location was perfect between Thira, Imerovigli and Firostefani. Rooms were clean and good condition, only downside was no window in the bedroom for some fresh air, but there was a window in the living room. Also plumbing can smell a bit in the bathroom once you turn on the shower, but it does eventually subside.

The hotel is overall in ok shape. Room is very basic, the room we stayed had sewer smell from kitchen sink drain. Talked to front desk, was told can't do much except to pour in some liquid. We could not use the kitchen, had to cover all the openings to drainage. Apparently tap water is not safe to drink in the area, we had to buy and carry large bottles of drinking water to the hotel. There isn't a close place to buy water either. Overall the stay was not so pleasant. Location is about 30mins walk from Fira bus station, kind of far with up hill and very narrow roads at several places. Front desk was welcoming.
