"Everybody is super polite. Hotel is super clean and it has a very good beach. Hotel is very suitable for families with kids. Food is tasty but options are usually same and repetitive. I recommend not to purchase the half board option. I do not think it makes a difference yo purchase it in advance."

"This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. "Really nice stay. We had harbour view room which was not directed right to the harbour but just more on the side and on the front was closed large supermarket with large carpark - not the nicest view but OK. Big disappointment was with breakfast- not a big choice of food but must honestly say all was fresh and good quality however for a longer stay could be very boring to eat small selection of the same things. Really nice terrace with pool - that was best thing. Close distance to main roads and restaurants "

"Hotel Piccada was lovely! Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was welcoming. Our room was well organized to fit three people and the location was excellent. There were restaurants and little street shops everywhere. There was also a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Palau looking for a quieter area to stay. "
