My experience was very ‘meh. The service at the front desk was nice, this place is good as just a place to sleep and keep your belongings but that’s it :/ the food at the restaurant was the worst food I’ve ever had and it is very clear the breakfast buffet was the same food that was sitting out the day prior. Also, due to high winds the electricity kept going out last night and it kept waking me up :(

Good place to escape. They did not tell me at check in I had to reserve for dinner so ended up having to get room service instead, slightly annoying as I was there only one night. Food was delicious though.

Do not depend on hotel.com refund or modification

The hotel is over priced for what it provides. The rooms and comfortable but not spacious. Beautiful view of the puerto cervo harbor and a nice shuttle to white beach. The beach club is super nice but 70euroa for a chair. There is no concierge but the receptionist try. It’s hard to get cabs later at night so suggest a renting a car. There is limited places to get food. Only light snacks like toast or olives for the bar area. No spa. The breakfast buffet included is nice and fresh. They have additional ad joc items for purchase I would have expected to be included. They also have a reimbursement policy that doesn’t follow the hotel.com description. I told hotel.com and the hotel intime to make changes to the reservations and they refused.

The hotel staff was not very helpful. It costs 10 euro a person to get to the beach and an additional charge for beach chairs, which they didn’t tell us about. The room and hotel decor are very outdated There isn’t a proper entrance with valet. The restaurant menu was very limited especially for Vegetarian options. The bathroom was so old and the product provided was extremely small bottles. Bedding and pillows were hard and flat

Há muito a melhorar.

Boa localização. Quarto espaçoso, com uma varanda charmosa. Bom estacionamento. Pontos negativos: Cafè da manhã muito ruim, comida de péssima qualidade, poucas opções e sempre a mesma coisa todo dia. O café era frio e fraco. A cama é dura. Não há cafeteira no quarto e o frigobar não funcionava. O banheiro é grande mas o box é minúsculo. Não há suporte para sabonete, é preciso sair molhado para pegar ou deixar no chão. A equipe não é nada simpática. Precisa melhorar muito pra ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel besticht durch seine Lage und den atemberaubenden Blick über die Calà de Volpe. Ausstattung und Zimmer sind sehr sauber, könnten aber eine Auffrischung vertragen. Es fehlt an Details, Auflagen für Liegen, Sonnenschirme mit Löchern. Frühstück ok aber lieblos (kalte Eier, ab 10uhr wird kein Aufschnitt mehr nachgelegt, Americano ist löslich aufgebrühter Kaffee) Personal sehr nett und bemüht, aber langsam. Pool (im Gegensatz zum Rest der Anlage) wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

Très bel endroit avec la vue depuis la piscine magnifique ! Nous etions à l'hôtel pour 3 nuits " moisissures sur le balcon de notre chambre , nous avons pu changer de chambre 👍 Trop de personnel débutant en restauration, boire un verre au bar et nous couper la musique 👎 alors qu'il n'était pas 20h! Apparemment, une table était réservée au PdJ , toujours libre en partant ! Petit déjeuner moyen ! Même pas une bouilloire dans la chambre ! Aucun geste de bienvenue, pas de chaussons ,strict minimum dans les chambres ! Personnel dans l'ensemble très froid à part la dame de l'accueil du 4 septembre au matin 👍

Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel à 1h du matin, j’ai eu un très mauvais accueil de la part de la Receptioniste du soir Katerina elle était odieuse et a eu des remarques raciste à mon égard 😔 Ensuite la chambre qu’elle m’a attribuée n’avait pas de serviette ni articles de toilettes et la Clim Ne marchait pas il faisait 42 de température j’ai été me plainte auprès de son collègue qui m’a dit ne pouvoir rien faire car les femmes de ménage ne sont pas là la Nuit,il a ramené une petite serviette pas de gel douche ect j’ai tel a expédia pour annuler malheureusement ils n’ont pas pu me trouver un autre hôtel à 1h du mat ils m’ont promis remboursement de la moitié de la nuit mais le lendemain l’hôtel a refusé de rembourser. prix de la chambre 400 la nuit. Sinon les parties communes de l’hôtel sont magnifique très belle vue. Petit dej produits industriels pour un jus d’orange pressé il faut payer 10 euros en plus pareil pour si tu veux un oeuf au plat

Hôtel Jolie Vue Piscine Agréable Petit Dej correct

Hotel à taille humaine dans l’esprit sarde avec une chambre confortable et une jolie petite piscine (moyennement propre malgré le pisciniste qui verse un bidon de Chlore devant les clients et qui leur dit d’attendre 10 minutes avant de retourner dans la piscine :effrayant!) Sinon l’hôtel a une jolie vue sur la Cala di Volpe et le petit déjeuner est correcte sans être très haut gamme. En France il serait plutôt d’un niveau 3 étoiles plutôt que 4. Le rapport qualité prix reste élevé comme beaucoup en Sardaigne
