The showerhead did not work properly. If you rose it over your head the water pressure fell almost completely. The shower curtain was made out of a disposable cheap plastic similar to a grocery bag—I assume this is suppose to be a single use shower curtain, which I wouldn’t have minded the quality if it was new but it was not. The shower curtain had a horrible mildew smell and was so thin that it kept moving with the water spraying and the curtain would stick to my body. It was very gross, I showered with the curtain completely open for this reason. Walls are thin, you can hear everything happening outside and everyone else can hear you. Also there was a horrible smell coming from the fridge in our room, we opened it once and never did it again due to the smell. Pros: Room appeared to be clean. AC was cold. Linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well.

Its not a bad hotel just do not get the junior suits because they are in frount and ppl stay up very late so 1 and 2 am you will here noise and will not be able to sleep and do not drink the juice or water when having breakfast its tap water had some really bad diarrhea because of it , other than that every thing was good here nice staff very good cleaning ladys felt safe . Good location.

El lugar esta en calle principal de zona colonial y se puede caminar y comer cerca. asimismo el hotel es chico y por el precio es bueno para pasar el dia. Tiene desayuno tipo americano incluido.

The parking plus location all these stairs the room walls dirty the air conditioner didn’t work well the window was open which allowed mosquitoes in the place looked run down in the main lobby and the last the rude email I got from the host in regards to the parking telling me no one is forcing me to stay in a small room which I booked for two person and paid all that money for not worth it

Nice Place to Stay if You are in a Back Room

I initially was to stay in a different hotel but after one night with poor wifi I walked in to check the wifi speed of this hotel and it was fast. So I decided to book a room for six nights. My receipt showed how much I paid but not for how many nights which I didn't notice until the same receptionist that checked me in called me after five nights that I had to check out. Of course, this lead to an argument but I did not hold it against the hotel as much as the receptionist. I did like the room I was in towards the back with good wifi and for the most part quiet. So I decided to stay another week and this time booked the room through Hotel.com. Third and final week, I couldn't book one of the cheaper rooms on the website even though Hotel.com said there was one available and I had to book a more expensive room. The bigger room had a balcony facing Calle Conde which is a 24 hour active street. For me, I could get to sleep but I can see it being too loud for other people because you hear cars honking, dogs barking, and people socializing outside the 24/7 restaurant nearby. This activity is great to watch from the balcony during the day but no so much to sleep through.The wifi is setup such that it is strong in the back but gets weaker as you get to the front of the hotel presumably so that people on Calle Conde can not use the wifi.The more expensive balcony suites are toward the front. Loved the breakfast as they had scrambled egges and toast everyday and some days pancakes.
