I liked everythng,but not the breakfast becaused it is served 7 days a week samething, eggs, 1 slice of bread ,1 cup of juice and 1 banana evrry single day.. After that, it is ok, very clean and very nice personel

A good inexpensive place to stay for quick pass throughs. Its located in a relatively safe corner in Zona Colonial. The staff is easy & understanding. I have no complaints but could easily imagine other traveler having issue (e.g. non functioning television, and other comforts less than par).

Excellent at first site. Staff very friendly and supportive. All windows are single pan, so you can hear everything outside. Honking, people, cars and animals all night! Hardly slept! The shower doors are broken, so wasn't able to close shower properly causing water to go everywhere. Otherwise very nice hotel.

For the price, this is an extremely good value. It won’t impress anyone, but I never felt unsafe, unclean, disrespected, etc. The staff were wonderful and quite friendly. The area is amazing. In my country, a hotel at this price would be potentially dangerous but here the low price is just frugality, there is nothing wrong with it. You get all the essentials. The room was clean, the bathroom was the more dissapointing part but it wasn’t dirty, it had warm water that worked instantly, the toilet functioned etc. I would stay here again for sure (someone with more money than me would want to opt for something more expensive if it were a romantic trip for instance). I went up for breakfast at the time they said and there was no breakfast available. It’s on their rooftop and the view isn’t beautiful but it’s nice to be able to eat outdoors without any possible interference, it’s relaxing. It seems they have a chef who cooks to order and she ran out of inventory. I waited 40 mins before giving up. The ppl who’d been able to get food before me looked to be enjoying it and I would guess that the food is good - I saw eggs and a few other things. I probably got unlucky in terms of the timing for breakfast, but just don’t expect food to be ready already. Its a small hotel, it makes sense they don’t cook until they know you want it. At this price I feel like I’d be stealing them to get the breakfast included too!

Avoid this place. I stayed at room 308 and was horrible. The room didn't have windows nor ventilation, the were roaches in the restroom, bed bugs and the shower is full of rust. The lady at the reception refused to change my room stating they didnt have any vacancy, and advised I should open the door to get air!!!!!!
