The staff was incredible! I would rate them a perfect 10 out of 10. They truly enhanced the overall experience. The only exception is that the pool area didn’t live up to the pictures. It had a deceptive illusion, so when I arrived at the pool, I had high expectations, but that was the only area where I felt disappointed. Everything else was amazing.

Great location, nice rooms and lovely staff made our trip to Porto a fabulous experience. The breakfast is great (as is the food in Porto in general) and being right on the river front in Ribeiro suited our itinerary perfectly. Would stay here again.
