The location of the hotel is great, close to every tourist spots that I wanted to see. Also life around the hotel is very bright and lively. Hotel staff are available 24 hrs which was helpful as we had early check out. Apartment was very clean.

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"
