Lovely hotel with superb location as it is within 30 seconds from the riverfront The room I stayed was on the smaller than desired but as I was travelling on my own, that wasnot an issue. Very clean, excellent bedding and fabulous shower. Breakfast for all tastes Highly recommended

Chegamos de madrugada e não tinha água mineral para comprar, funcionário foi rude e só disse que a geladeira estava em manutenção e não havia água no frigobar do quarto. Instalações sujas com teia de aranha e o banheiro alaga depois do banho.

Ok hotel on waterfront. But service quality is poor and it is not just language. The night reception fellow spoke enough English once we found him to get us to our room but the woman in the morning had no interest in trying to deal with a foreigner. I speak pretty good Spanish which Brazilians can usually make out. Fortunately, there was a Venezuelan maid who could translate. The hotel receptionist told us Uber did not work there and she had no number to call for a taxi. Fortunately, the Venezuelan let us know that a block away there were often taxis. Both dinner and lunch were horribly slow with staff that did not seem to have any interest in getting meals to the table and the food was mediocre to be kind. Having said this - I don't know whether there are any better solutions if you want to stay near the airport as we did.

Ótima localização.

Passei apenas poucas horas no hotel, nem tomei café, inclusive. Mas o hotel foi gentil em guardar um peixe em seu freezer até o horário de minha viagem. O hotel tem ótima localização.

Para viagem a trabalho é bom

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, excelente café da manhã e ótimo atendimentos dos funcionários. Banheiro grande e limpo. O único inconveniente é que se não for uma viagem a negócios não vale a pena pois os quartos não tem vista. Apenas uma janela para a área de ventilação. Se for viagem a passeio você reserva as suítes Masters para ter uma vista.

O hotel não tem estacionamento, mas dizia que sim no anúncio. A localização é muito boa. O quarto ficava posicionado muito longe do elevador e ainda que tivemos que descer uma escada carregando as malas para poder ter acesso ao piso que tinha o elevador. A fechadura do quarto estava com problemas e o cartão não estava funcionando. Tivemos que ir várias vezes à recepção para entrar no apartamento somente na 4ª vez.
