Large, beautiful farm estate "Moli de Son Vidal", surrounded by fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 2 km from the centre of Santanyi, 16 km from the centre of Campos, 53 km from the centre of Palma, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 17'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, pond, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x clay court), patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, roof terrace, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.9 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bakery 2.5 km, bus stop "Santanyi" 4 km, sandy beach "Cala Santanyí" 6 km, rocky beach "Cala Figuera" 7.2 km. Sports harbour 9.2 km, marina 9.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km.
