「Really good hotel. Old building but excellent facilities and staff. Very good breakfast. Not many shops or restaurants nearby to walk to but plenty within 5 minute drive. Plenty of secure parking.」

「Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

「Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut sauber. Landschaftlich schön gelegen. Parkplatz und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeber, es wäre schön, wenn auch Englisch gesprochen würde. Die Holztüren in den Zimmern sind etwas laut, besonders nachts, wenn Gäste später in ihre Zimmer zurückgekommen. Für uns wären weichere Matratzen von Vorteil gewesen. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir Vollkornprodukte gewünscht. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte empfehlen wir die Unterkunft gerne weiter.」

「旧市街にある立地抜群のホテルです。飛行機のスケジュールが変更になり、到着が夜12時を過ぎてしまいましたが、予めメールで連絡を取り、ビル入り口の暗証番号や部屋番号を知ることが出来ました。ただ、最終的な部屋番号のメールを受け取ったのが当日で、経由地のミュンヘンだったので、ハラハラしましたが、無事に部屋に入ることが出来ました。その後のスタッフの対応は非常に親切でフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。シャワーのみの部屋でしたが、共有のバスルームがあり、バスタブもありましたので、良かったです。ラウンジには、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーの自販機もありました。また、ビルバオに行くときは泊まりたいと思います。」

「キレイなお部屋、掃除も行き届いていました。4泊しましたが、リネン類もちゃんと交換してくれていました。スタッフは常駐ではありませんが、朝と夜は居てくれるので不便はありませんでした。何人かのスタッフに会いましたが、皆親切で目が合うとニコニコしてくれる方々ばかりです。 部屋については、小さくても良いのでテーブルと椅子が欲しかったです。共有のカフェスペースを、自由に使うことはできますが、持ち帰って部屋でお茶するのに安定した台が無いのはちょっと不便。 朝ごはんは徒歩3分で出た通りに美味しいとこがあります。 が、夜は繁華街なので女性一人歩きはちょっと怖い感じもあり、さっさと帰って寝ました。」

「Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

「フロントの方が皆さんとても親切だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、必要最低限のものは揃っていて、快適な滞在ができた。 ロケーションも中心地からは少し離れてるが、トラムやバス、電車の駅が近くまったく不便に感じなかった。バスターミナルへも徒歩7分ほどだった。また利用したい。」

「Gostamos muito da nossa estadia, o hotel é um encanto, com muita área verde. As banheiras termais e piscina estão muito bem. Os quartos são pequenos, mas aconchegantes. O atendimento eficiente. Ótimo custo x benefício.」
