Amazing!! The room was huge, clean and tidy as expected! The property has a beautiful garden that you can admire while having breakfast! Location is ok. The hotel is located on a beautiful property with gorgeous, well maintained garden. The room was ample and charming with beautiful large windows looking onto the lovely parking area which is quite large. However entering the premises is difficult due to the fact that the gate is extremely narrow to maneuver the car in. There is no air conditioner or ceiling fan, just a floor fan. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was included in my reservation. It was generous and varied, delicious coffee, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juices, pastries, and more. And the breakfast area was lovely.

Really good hotel. Old building but excellent facilities and staff. Very good breakfast. Not many shops or restaurants nearby to walk to but plenty within 5 minute drive. Plenty of secure parking.

WE didnt spend much time in the hotel as we just used it as a base for our rugby trip in Bilboa. Spent very little time at the hotel .we just had breakfast and spent all day and night exploring Santander. The breakfast was a cold buffet .help yourself which was nice and a lovely garden to sit in at the back of the hotel. It was only a ten minute walk down into the town and escalaters to help you back up the hill if you needed it. There was a bar in the hotel ,we didnt use it as we got back around midnight on our 2 night stay. I would definetely recommend it as it was clean ,spacious and good value for money and a lovely view of the garden and mountains from our room.

Locatie; zeker zijn prijs waard!

Zeer goed meegevallen. Voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. Ruime kamer met uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Elke dag opmaken van de bedden en kuisen van de badkamer. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt; veel vers fruit en lekkere koffie vonden wij tof. Hadden een kamer op het 2de verdiep; lift aanwezig. Koelkastje in de kamer en goede bedden. Hotel ligt iets hoger in de stad; voor wie te voet komt vanaf het centrum is het wel wat stijgen, in de omgeving zijn wel enkele roltrappen aanwezig die kunnen zorgen voor wat ondersteuning.

Ok for a brief visit.

A one night stop en route to San Sebastian. The hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and friendly, however we weren't able to use the bar due to a private function, and the restaurant was closed, resulting in us going out in the pouring rain. A coffee machine in the room, however no coffee available. Breakfast was good, however we felt it was a rip off paying for parking for a hotel that was not in the centre.

Disappointed

We have stayed at this hotel twice on this trip, at the start and the end. The proximity to the airport is handy, as is the car park. The rooms were clean but old and tired. Breakfast was too late for us as we left for the airport at 7:15 (it doesn't start until 8:15). Too late in my view. The check in process took much too long. We were the only customers and it still took around 20 minutes. This was despite previously having our passport details.

Nice place to stay the night before boarding a ferry back to the UK. Plenty of parking and near the centre. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good.
