Welcome to Turquoise Turtle

Located on the south side of 30A you will find this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Blue Mountain Beach. Just a short 3-minute bike ride away you will be able to enjoy the sugar-white sand, delicious dining, and shopping. This is the perfect beach home to vacation at and make lifelong memories!
As you enter this home you will see a very spacious living and kitchen area allowing plenty of room for friends and family to relax. This living area offers a flatscreen TV and tons of room to unwind. Cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen before heading to the dining room table or outside to the private patio to enjoy a nice dinner.
Off of the dining area you will find a guest bedroom that offers a king-sized bed along with a shared bathroom. As you head upstairs you will find the large master bedroom. This bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and has its own private en suite bathroom. Open the balcony doors and step outside where you will find the best morning coffee spot around. Just across the hall you will find the ideal room for your little ones. This room has two bunk beds and a flat screen TV.
If you are looking to be away from the crowd and close to the beach than this is the spot for you. Come soak in the beauty of 30A and explore all that it has to offer!

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

Beach access is located at Blue Mountain Regional at Hwy 83 (0.8 miles)

* One week notification is required prior to arrival to reserve golf cart*

* Max 2 Pets - under 30 pounds allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit and $500 refundable deposit. Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation**

* You will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.

* Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

* No Cable. Streaming TV Only.

Master Bedroom: Second Floor- King sized bed, en suite bathroom
Guest Bedroom: First Floor- King sized bed, shared bathroom
Bunk Room: Second Floor- Two twin bunk beds, private bathroom

Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.
-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations
-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures
-Golf Cart is not guaranteed for any mechanical issues.
PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It's a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**
