Welcome to Stay Gold at 13 Dunes Estates Blvd—a Gulf-view, newly constructed luxury home in the sought-after Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach. Boasting panoramic views of the Gulf from the rooftop and just a short walk to the sugar-white sands of 30A, this 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom retreat offers both beachside serenity and upscale comfort. With a large public beach access located directly behind the home (with ample parking), this residence is ideal for families and groups looking for a high-end coastal getaway.
Inside, you’ll find a professionally designed interior by Trenta-A Home Services, highlighting a modern beach aesthetic that complements the Gulf-facing surroundings.
