Less than 2 mins to beach by the included 6 seat street legal Low Speed Vehicle
- Family friendly home in prime Santa Rosa Beach location with easy public beach access - relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of 30A. Open spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for family gatherings. 3 bedroom, 3 bath with backyard and balconies off second-floor living area and master bedroom. TV's in ea room. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to dine in. Nice patio with furniture. Public beach access is Gulfview Heights located directly across from the entrance of our neighborhood. We are located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops including Local Catch, Gulf Place, Goatfeathers, The Perfect Pig, etc. This is the perfect family vacation location! The beach is less than two mins. away with the use of the Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) that comes with the home (18 or older and drivers Lic. req.). Bike rental and ice cream shop directly across the street. We love this area!
