With a lush backyard that overlooks the beautiful, blissful shores of Oyster Lake, 44B Dune Breeze Lane is a heavenly spot to call home for your next South Walton escape. Boasting views of the lake from nearly every room, this multi-level oasis also has a convenient 30A location that keeps your whole group close to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, the community swimming pool, and the popular local dining and shopping options.

The ground level of 44B Dune Breeze Lane features a covered outdoor patio with a gas grill and leads upstairs to the main level, where you’ll find the wide-open living and dining space. Here, cool tile floors and sun-filled windows with charming transoms surround the airy, inviting living area. A plush sofa and matching armchairs sit in front of the massive, state-of-the-art HDTV, but you may have a tough time tearing yourself away from the gorgeous lake views through the glass doors! Outside, a covered deck space houses lounge chairs and overlooks the vibrant green grass, sparkling lake waters, and wooden boat dock.

Inside, the kitchen is completely open to the dining area and living area, which makes for effortless socializing and family time. Pristine white cabinets and countertops surround the full suite of stainless steel appliances, which include a dishwasher, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and an electric range. There’s also casual bar stool seating at the center island.

Just off the kitchen lies the first of three blissful bedroom suites. This lovely room houses an inviting queen-size bed that’s bathed in cheerful, colorful linens. A mirrored closet provides plenty of storage space, and the glass doors lead outside to a sun-kissed deck space. There’s also an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs on the third floor, the primary bedroom suite is like a five-star resort sanctuary, luxurious king-size bed, two closets, and a private patio with lake views. The gorgeous, updated ensuite bathroom features a massive, spa-inspired walk-in shower and a double marble-topped vanity.

Also on this upper level, there is the third bedroom suite, which includes a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, a balcony overlooking the peaceful neighborhood, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A convenient laundry nook with a full-size washer and dryer that can be accessed from the hallway.

Tucked within a coveted lakefront community that provides plenty of peace and quiet, 44B Dune Breeze Lane also keeps you close to the nearby community swimming pool and only a short stroll from the beach access point. Your group will also be less than a half mile from local favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp for a bite to eat, and a short drive from exciting Gulf Place Town Center.

Sibling Getaway at Salty Eagle Overlook

My three retired sisters joined my wife and I for 2 weeks at the Salty Eagle Overlook on Dune Breeze Lane. The 3 BR, 3 Ba unit met our every need and expectation. We enjoyed the deck and view overlooking Oyster Lake. The location was very quiet and yet just a few minutes walk to the beach. The open kitchen/living area made it easy to cook, chat, play games, relax and plan our daily wanderings. There is plenty of pantry space and closet space. It is important to note that there is no overflow/guest parking. Each unit has space for two vehicles only. This was no issue for us but might affect those who need to park more than 2 cars.
