  • Welcome to Coastal Daes, a 3-story townhome in the Coastal Dunes community of Santa Rosa Beach, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the shops, restaurants, and live music of Gulf Place.

    With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, this property is designed for families and groups who want comfort, convenience, and a little extra fun. The included 4-seat golf cart makes it easy to explore the area, run to the beach, or cruise the neighborhood without worrying about parking.

    The Layout
    The townhome spans three floors with two master suites, one on the first floor with a queen sleeper sofa and one on the third floor with a private bath and rooftop balcony access. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and their own bathrooms, with a mix of walk-in showers and tub/shower combos.
