Owner Managed home.

We limit the number of weeks rented to keep the home in excellent condition.

Optional 2021 street legal GEM LSV available for $1000 per week with separate rental agreement. GEM car is permitted for WaterColor and seats six.

Southern Breeze is a luxury home that was built in 2015 is professionally decorated and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and sprawling outdoor space for family enjoyment.

The home has a robust open concept design with a large kitchen island, living space, and dining table that seats 12.

The house has 4 king suites and a bunk room that sleeps 4.

-the downstairs master suite has a king bed with a private bathroom with walk in shower and separate bathtub.

-on the second floor, the house has a second master suite with a large walk in closet and a on suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

-the second bedroom on the second floor has a king bed with a on suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

-the third bedroom on the second floor has a king bed. The on suite bathroom has a walk in shower. This bathroom also has access from the hallway for usage by the occupants of the bunk room.

-The final sleeping space on the second floor is the bunk room. It has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).

In the backyard, private pool and outdoor covered grilling area with a built in gas grill and a table for seating for 8. Behind the property line is a green belt to provide additional privacy.

Professional grade internal wireless network upgraded with simple access for all.

Rental includes amenity cards which includes access to all the WaterColor amenities. PLEASE NOTE - MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ACCESS CREDENTIALS WITH THE RENTAL IS 10.

Amenities include access to the WaterColor beach and the newly renovated Beach Club. Enjoy the best beaches on the Emerald Coast on the exclusive WaterColor Beach. Beach set ups are available with reservations thru The WaterColor Inn. Additionally, WaterColor has 3 additional pools. The newly renovated Camp Pool, the Boat Club and Boat Club pool, and the Frog pool. Guests also have access to the WaterColor Tennis Centre which includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts available for reservations. The boat house offers fitness classes and paddleboard rentals payable directly to the boat house.

The Perfect Home

This home was ideal for our family: large gathering space, huge dining table that accommodated all of us, king-sized beds, well-appointed kitchen, gorgeous backyard and pool. The home is even more stunning than the pictures. What a perfect setting in which to make precious family memories. We loved it!

A 50th Anniversary to Remember – Perfect Stay for Our Family

We recently celebrated our parents’ 50th anniversary at this home, flying in from both the West Coast and Midwest, it couldn’t have been a better place to celebrate. With 9 of us staying together, the house had plenty of space, was spotlessly clean, centrally located, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and extremely helpful. They even helped connect us with local catering, balloon decorations, and answered all of our questions ahead of time. The golf cart was a highlight, we had so much fun cruising around the area. Plus, the garage was stocked with boogie boards and beach accessories, which made beach outings easy and enjoyable.This home helped create memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommended for any family gathering or special occasion!

Beautiful home!

Great house for a large group!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. The kids were enthralled with the tv's installed in the bunk beds! The kitchen is well stocked so you can really cook a meal for 10 with no problem! John the host was super nice & accommodating. It's a great space for large groups to hang out without being completely on top of each other. If we come back to Watercolor, this house would be our first reservation.

Spring Break 2023

John’s property was amazing! Great location, wonderful pool, fully stocked kitchen, games/entertainment, comfortable sleeping arrangements, the list goes on and on. We had three families, with 6 kids, stay at the home for a week and we never felt cramped. The GEM was great to get around with our large group. It was also perfect to get to and from the grocery store which is conveniently located around the corner from the home. Heating the pool was a game changer because we could get the pool heated to “spa” temperature when the kids went to bed. I have zero complaints about this property and would absolutely recommend anyone stay here.

Family Vacation

We plan a summer trip with my family, sisters family and parents once a year. This house was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and upscale. It was fantastic to have so many king beds for the adults and the kids loved the bunk bed area. The pool was on the smaller side but exceptional and perfect entertainment for the kiddos. The location was very convenient to watercolor and seaside. The host was very accommodating and didn’t miss a beat. He assisted before during and after our trip with any questions we had. I would def recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend!

Watercolor is a yearly trip for us. This home was our favorite so far. It was the furthest from 30A, so I recommend renting the Gem. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in the perfect location

We just returned from our wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable with nice linens, and the pool was fabulous. Our son especially loved hanging out in the screened porch every evening! The living room had Control 4 with Apple TV and we enjoyed several movies while we were there. There was so much space that we could all spread out and have privacy. The pool was gorgeous—heated to the perfect temp! We swam every afternoon during our son’s nap time. I could go on and on and can’t wait to go back!
