    Private residence facing the promenade of Santa Pola del Este, 5 swimming pools with slide opened whole the year , very close to Varadero beach and other beaches and coves.

    Hot water: Individual. Electric boiler.
    The house has free WIFI and a TV with individual satellite dish.
    Household appliances: Washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, hob, oven and microwave and fridge
    Small household appliances: Italian coffee and Nexpresso makers, citrus press, toaster, iron and ironing board....
    Crockery, glassware, cutlery, all kinds of kitchen utensils, sheets, napkins, tablecloths, blankets, duvets and slipcovers.

    A pharmacy and a fruit and vegetable store are open inside the residence.
    The apartment is 600 meters from a shopping and entertainment center with supermarket (Mercadona- Alimentation generale), cinemas (POLIMAX), gym and restaurants.

    The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Santa Pola.
    Santa Pola is located 15 km from Alicante and 10 km from Alicante airport.
    The attractions
    A national historic site since 1964, Santa Pola is also of historical interest: castle-fortress, archeology museum, guided tours of the natural park and the salt museum.
    The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk along the pedestrian zone of the lighthouse, a protected area with coves, nature reserve and non-urban beaches.
    A 20-minute boat ride to visit Tabarka Island from Santa Pola Port, with daily boats to the scenic ground with crystal clear waters and rich flora and fauna.
    Ideal for scuba diving and fishing.
    Sailing schools, windsurfing and all kinds of water activities.
    Other things to note
    A magnificent pedestrian walk leaving the residence and 5 minutes from the apartment for strolling, running, cycling, having a coffee or a meal.

He estado alojada con mi marido y mis dos hijos pequeños y la experiencia ha sido buenísima. Los niños han disfrutado muchísimo de las piscinas y sus toboganes. El apartamento muy bien situado cerca de la playa y con farmacia y pequeños comercios en la misma urbanización. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y hemos estado muy a gusto. David, el anfitrión, muy atento nos ha dado todas las facilidades para darnos las llaves y recogerlas. Volveremos a repetir.

El trato con el propietario excelente y te ayuda en todo lo posible.Muy cerca de la playa, urbanización bonita con dos piscinas y un pequeño tobogán ideal para niños. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa.Lo único a mejorar sería cambio de colchones y/o somier.Muy recomendable en líneas generales.

Prachtige locatie aan de boulevard van Santa Pola. De ruimte was schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig.Keukengerei was niet 100%, maar kijkende naar de prijs per nacht kan ik hier niks van vinden.Ik zou deze accomodatie ook zo weer opnieuw boeken!

Fantastic Apartment and Location

We had a great week away in Santa Pola and the apartment has everything we needed.Just a short walk to the supermarket or the marina where the restaurants are located.Numerous beaches nearby. Couldn’t have wished for a better week away to escape the British winter

Bel appartement très bien équipé avec deux belles piscines dans une residence en face de la mer. Santa Pola est une très chouette station balnéaire. L appartement se trouve à distance de marche du port, des bars , des magasins, ... Nous avons passé un excellent sejour!
