Impressive Villa located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, with capacity for up to 10 people and private pool.
The farm offers a setting of privacy and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable moments under the warm sun. Surrounded by an extensive and well-kept artificial grass and built with traditional Majorcan architecture, they make this Villa a magical place to spend your holidays. The pool, 12 x 5.5 meters, accompanied by sun loungers and Balinese beds, becomes the perfect place to enjoy the best moments.
The house, modern and full of comfort, is spread over two floors. It has a spacious living-dining room, where guests can relax. The kitchen, integrated into this environment, has everything you need and is fully equipped.
The ground floor houses two bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, complementing the space with a second bathroom and a courtesy toilet. Up the stairs, three additional bedrooms await, two of which feature private bathrooms and direct access to a sunny furnished terrace with panoramic pool views.The farm has farm animals, among others, chickens. Stroll through the lush surroundings and collect fresh eggs, adding a rustic charm to your stay. You will also be able to collect the available fruits from the field and visit more animals. This charming touch adds to the charm of the villa and offers a glimpse of authentic Mediterranean life.
The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located in the east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, you will find the beautiful beach of Can Picafort less than 5 minutes. The excellent location of the house allows you to easily explore the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also very close.
Air-conditioning:
- Regarding the air conditioning system, the accommodation has hot / cold central air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price:
- Tourist tax (mandatory)
Notes:
- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport / identity document number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the day of check-in through our platform.- The property has a garage to store up to 10 bicycles and space for a car. The garage is protected with an alarm.
- Please note that due to continuous improvements, some items may vary from photos. However, we assure you that we take care of every detail to guarantee your maximum comfort during your stay.
- The owner offers customers an ensaimada (the most typical sweet in Mallorca), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).
- Responsible use of household linen must be made. In case of loss or leaving a piece in poor condition, the amount of 20Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each affected piece.
- Upon departure they will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.
- Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit (from 6 places onwards, a plus of 15 euros per place will be withheld up to the total capacity). The properties that have a recycling system, it is mandatory to recycle the garbage.
- Any breakage that occurs by customers (windows, electronic devices, etc...) will be borne by them, withholding the amount of the deposit and if the amount of the deposit is not sufficient, the necessary amount will be claimed up to cover the break caused.
