"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"The front desk person was fantastic. I think his name was Massimo(Max). He sent us lots of information before our stay and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had a beautiful suite with a wonderful view of the sunset. We were actually thinking of changing our itinerary and staying another night. "

Uno è la comunicazione con Expedia, perché mi hanno sbagliato l'alloggio; due la pulizia dei giorni per bambini, che dovrebbe essere essenziale e invece c'erano tante chiocciole ed erba alta. Però il personale è molto gentile e pronto a muoversi se si è fatto uno sbaglio."

"We had a new 1 bed cabin. It was adequate for our needs for a week, if a little on the small side. There was no storage for our luggage, which took up valuable space and no kettle to boil water for tea. We had to use the saucepan. However pouring boiling water from a big pan into a small cup was tricky. Manager told us Italians don't use kettles.pool was good and short walk to beach."

"Grand Hotel was such a beautiful beachfront hotel. We had a view of the water and a quick walk to ample umbrella seats at the beach. It was a wonderful beach to visit during our trip to Italy! We were given an upgraded room that was available at no charge. Easy to walk to restaurants and delicious gelato. Great beach vibe with restaurants and bars right by the water!"

"Where to even begin with this gem!?! The location is absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time to Europe, so of course we were filled with so many gaps of knowledge on what to do and where to go. But from before arrival, Johnny reached out to get an idea of our arrival time which gave me a sense of security right off the bat. By the time we arrived, he offered us the ability to hold luggage as it wasn’t check in time, but not only held our luggage, gave us access to the property for any waiting time we’d like to do there or use of restroom. He gave excellent recommendations, and ensured that we were taken care of. The room was clean, air conditioned, and close to everything. We were a 5min walk to the tower, baptistery, and church. Close to a bunch of little eateries, and the market. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small, but has the necessary amenities. Customer service is top notch. They tried their best to get us checked into our room early, although not expected as we understood check in time was later. But we did appreciate the early check in. They had our luggage in our room before we even got to our room, and assisted us in booking a taxi for our departure. I highly recommend this spot. You will NOT regret it. Thank you Hotel Pisa Tower for a fabulous stay!"
