Had an amazing time here - the location is ideal for the old town and restaurants. Ibon was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to provide any information or assistance we needed. The water dispenser (hot and cold) was a great help also!

Great staff, location and comfort !

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We prepaid £750 for a three-night stay for my birthday weekend and were out of the room within 30 minutes. It was so rundown, tired, uncomfortable, and made us feel genuinely unsafe, so we immediately booked alternative accommodation rather than spend a single night there. The so-called “balcony” is misleading and bears little resemblance to what’s advertised. The photos create a completely false impression of the property, which is nowhere near worth the premium price they’re charging. To make matters worse, despite us not staying a single night, the hotel refused any form of refund or goodwill gesture. The location is the only positive, but that’s not enough to justify the price when there are far better hotels nearby for the same money. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Everything about this place was elegant and beautiful, I would definitely go back.

Beautiful villa a short bus ride / 20 mins walk from town in a quiet area. The villa is very nicely decorated and the owner is very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Very nice and healthy breakfast and excellent staff for a fantastic stay in San Sebastián!
