"Russ was very kind and helpful. The cabin/bedroom was tidy. My fault for not noticing that bathroom and kitchen were described as being communal. Are about 25 feet away from the cabin. Toilet uses sand not water for flushing "

"This studio apartment is very well laid out and comfortable. The bathroom is large and has double sinks and a nice shower. Overall, the apartment is spacious for a studio, very clean, and nicely appointed. There are some rock steps to get down to the apartment so care should be taken. I was there for two days of fishing and it is very close to Monastery Lake and the Pecos River. The location is excellent. Communications with the host were very good. I will stay there again. "
