The neighborhood has a few houses on the same street but have plenty of distance in between, the property sits on 1.7acres with a fence around.
Guest have access to entire house, with the exception of the room behind the garage with a door next to kitchen patio that will remain locked.
This property has a 3 car garage and ample parking in the front and back of the house.

In snow season we highly recommend all-wheel drive vehicles since the road that takes you to the house from the main street (old taos highway) is gravel, dirt and is a little bit steep, only about 1 min from the main road to the house.
Please note that after booking with us you will receive a link to our boarding pass where you will need to enter your card for a $500 hold (not a deposit) on your reservation.
Dogs allowed only, $100 per dog fee (max 2 dogs) that will be collected via the boarding pass which is our tool to help us offer additional services.
Hot-Tub cleaning fee if use. (ask host about cleaning fee and access)
