Casa Fernanda is perfectly located in a historic Santa Fe neighborhood with easy access to the Railyard, the Plaza, and Canyon Road. The charming, colorful, and flexible interior space is complimented by a spacious backyard, making the home ideal for any group looking to explore The City Different.



LIVING AREA

The living area is bursting with ambiance, offering plenty of comfortable seating, ample natural light, and a charming antique wood fireplace.



A private office space is available, along with a separate den with a sleeper sofa. These flexible spaces provide an ideal setup for a variety of travelers.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is perfect for a home cook. It features high-end stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals.



The dining space is open to both the kitchen and living room, and offers seating for four. The large picture windows contribute to the home’s ambiance while you’re enjoying your meal.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms feature king beds and continue the bright and colorful theme throughout the home. The primary suite features an en-suite bath, and another bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been newly remodeled with stunning walk-in showers.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio offers plenty of comfortable seating around a large coffee table. An umbrella is provided for shade, and the gas grill makes it an ideal space for casual al fresco dining.

Everything we wanted in a VRBO

My husband, sister and I were very comfortable in our attractive VRBO house. The location was great - only a mile or 2 from grocery stores, downtown, many restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, linens were good, and beds comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck before dinner. The owners seemed to think of everything that one would want and need while away from home. They even left coffee, wine, and a few snacks for us - all much appreciated. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again.
