While I was able to request an early check-in. The restrictiveness of the property was an issue. The coffee/tea room was locked, so if you wake early and want to make a cup of coffee, you cannot. If you want to make a tea in the evening, you cannot. I was not overall happy with the cost versus the amenities and availability as offered on Expedia. There is limited use of the facility and they do not tell you until after you book and they will refuse to allow changes to the accommodations. And if they make any changes or try, they are denied online and will nickel and dime for more money in person. There is extremely limited, practically no parking at this location. I would not stay here or recommend it. There is also no elevator, so if you have any movement restrictions, beware. The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. I could hear everything and everyone coming up the stairs in the halls and in the room next door. Not to mention the street noise, and this went on until about 3 am. So, if you are a medium to light sleeper, this is not going to work. On the positive, the bathroom, while moldy in areas, was larger than most.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Service, location, room all amazing! The breakfast was fresh and so delicious we looked forward to it every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy!

The room needed some work. The bathroom door broke while we were staying at the hotel. It is clean and spacious and staff were really helpful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful!
