The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. "This is a horrible hotel. The WiFi doesn’t work even though they mentioned it would provide WiFi. The room and dining room were full of insects. The owner of the hotel is not a friendly person. When my boyfriend and I complained about the WiFi and the insects being everywhere, Maria Jose, the owner made a bunch of excuses. My boyfriend and I asked for a refund and Maria Jose overreacted and said that it was impossible to give a refund and she didn’t want to do it. My boyfriend and I got scammed....
