**Other details to note:

1) Our home has 4 stair steps at both front and back doors and also inside. It’s not suitable for guests with mobility needs and young children will need to be supervised during your stay.
2) Our onsite housekeeping team lives in a separate guest house - fully fenced for your privacy.
3)Mondays are our trash collection days . Expect our housekeeping crew to bring out trash carts and wheel them back at the end of the day.
4)Street sweeping is every Tuesday.
5)Our gardener, Adan, a friendly gentleman who is taking care of our landscaping every other Wednesdays.

Quiet hours: 9pm-8am. Serious complaints, police involvement will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Due to pet hair allergic issues, bringing unapproved pets to our home will result in you being asked to leave and a minimum $500 will be charged.

No Illegal drugs, No Smoking, No Vaping in our home. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for breaking the rules.
