「Comfortable beds and clean place overall. ACs were nice to have in both bedrooms and living room. Host had great communication, helping out immediately with questions. 」

「Good parking. OK location. Easy access to the freeway. The gym was definitely a plus. The individual AC in each room was great! The only bad thing was that the floors in the entire unit were very dirty. 」

「This is a unique property. It’s definitely meant for a younger person as you have to climb a straight ladder about 10 feet up for the loft bedroom. There aren’t any walls around the loft bedroom so no privacy. Very clean and although the code didn’t work one time from the garage but the host got me a working code.」

「I stayed there for 2 weeks, a few days before check out I requested to extend for 2 more weeks. The schedule was open but they didn’t respond until someone booked a 1 day stay a day before my check out date and then said it’s no longer available the night before check out. I didn’t see the message so the cleaners came and threw all my stuff in a bag and put in the gym. They didn’t get my laptop or books out of the unit so they clearly didn’t clean that well or else it would have been in the bag...

「Smelled very bad, couldn’t get the heat to work, vrbo photos are misleading about the shape and size of the apartment. It’s also right near the road with very thin walls and windows; you can hear all the noises outside. Also there is a note on the wall about how you can’t run heat/air in the living room and bedrooms at the same time or the breaker will trip. We found another place to stay an hour after walking through the door. 」
