「精算の際に100euro以上も高額な金額でカードを切られました。抗議し予約している金額との差分を返金してもらいましたが悪びれるそぶりもなくで不信感が強かったです。
また、電話でビアオープナーを頼んだ際も、持ってくよと言われてから一向にこず、手に入らずでした。
Wifiも弱く、4つ星にしては、、？という点が多かった印象です

Very nice staff, clean rooms, lovely kitchen with fridge and freezer, spacious bathroom and a balcony with a view. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our stay, but understandably, the hotel was fullt booked. We would love to come back. 」

「L'hotel conserva l'appeal e l'atmosfera della Belle Epoque. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. È la prima volta che ci capita di poter godere la vista mare comodamente dal letto. Soffitto a volta e colori della camera rilassanti. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Grazie mille. 」
