「Property location is great, cute, cozy quiet with bikes and other concessions. Limited to none follow up on communication asks. In addition, the cottage I rented had just the basics. Should offer coffee and essentials, had to buy everything and left it behind.」

「Perfect lowkey beach house! It was comfortable and clean with a fantastic location only a short walk to the beach. There was a killdeer nest on the walk, too. We saw dolphins during the day and a huge sea turtle laying eggs at night. All around great!」

「This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.」

「Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

「We really enjoyed this property the lake view was really peaceful. The pool was great. The location of the property was great so close to downtown Cape Coral, Down town Fort Meyer’s was just a short drive away, lots of great golf courses in the area. Lots of restaurants around and nice to have a grocery store not too far away also. The house was stocked with everything you could possible need to stay in and cook. Great house will defiantly stay again. 」
