Wake to Gulf Views from this East-End Penthouse

Start the morning on the lanai of this gulf-front penthouse, with the lighthouse to the east and the boardwalk just a few steps from your building. From the great room, kitchen, and king suite, you look straight at the water. The kitchen has custom concrete countertops and an induction cooktop. The master bath has a new walk-in shower with dual heads and a hand shower.

**Please note: This building does not have an elevator. This is a walk-up condo, so guests must be comfortable using stairs.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps 4. The guest room has twin beds. Beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella are stored near the boardwalk, and beach towels are in the condo. Enjoy the year-round heated saltwater pool and hot tub.

Shell Island Beach Club is on the east end of Sanibel, with gas grills and walking or biking distance to the lighthouse. Play on our tennis and pickleball court, or enjoy corn-hole while grilling.

Starting October 1, 2026, Shell Island Beach Club will have a complimentary bike fleet for guests. Golf carts, kayaks, and paddleboards will also be available to rent on site; these are resort rentals, not a shop run by us.

The kitchen is stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, a blender, toaster, coffee pot, and Keurig. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, desk, ensuite bathroom, gulf views, and a 43-inch Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower.

Relax on the couch with the 55-inch TV, or dine al fresco on the lanai while watching dolphins. Our favorite feature is the amazing sunrise over the gulf with the historic Sanibel lighthouse in the background.
