"I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo! Beautiful views (love the triple window looking over the beach) as well as the screened in Lanai. I've never had a property owner be as nice, welcoming, & providing literally everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. You don't even need to pack umbrellas & chairs. The condo owners provided so many little extras that truly make a difference. Will definitely stay here again & my sister is already in the process of booking this same...

"This is not a unit I would rent again. It desperately needs new flooring. We had to wear our shoes inside because the carpets were very old and dirty. The dishwasher was left full of dishes from the previous stay. There was a used bar of soap left in the master shower."

"Newly renovated unit. Very attractive and comfortable. Pool was also lovely. Complex still has a bit of construction going on, but it was not noisy or obtrusive. Available as short term rental which are quite limited in Sanibel."

"The condo and the property left nothing to be desired! The unit has a well-stocked kitchen and all necessities for spending time on the beach. The decor was thoughtfully related to the area and the namesake of the complex. The beach, beautiful pool and proximity to restaurants and shopping made our stay so enjoyable. Gary is a very gracious and responsive host. We highly recommend this Sanibel choice!"

"Island Inn and the overall area are still recovering from the Hurricane that impacted SE Florida. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our accommodations were in excellent condition. However, there are few amenities on property and one damaged building on property that will need to be demolished and rebuilt. There was a grocery store and restaurants close by but many of the businesses are still closed. The beach is in good shape with tons of shells but beware the no-see-ums. Wishing...
