Luxury 3 bedroom ground level condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel one of the premier and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. The location on the coast contributes to an uncrowded stay. It is centrally located on West Gulf Dr for easy access to all island resources. Local management is onsite to assure continued quality throughout your stay.


Our unit has been 100% renovated; EVERYTHING, from the furniture to the appliances and even the infrastructure is brand new, having been fully rebuilt after hurricane Ian. The ground floor provides 'walk out' access to the lagoon, pool, and beach. Broad views include the spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

Pointe Santo has done a remarkable job recovering from Hurricane Ian and is now back and totally remodeled, relandscaped, and reimagined, with an exciting new pool pavilion and a fully updated look. We have brand new tennis and pickleball courts, and the office has racquets and paddles to lend.

The interior of our unit has been totally renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. EVERYTHING is brand new. In addition to brand new central A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms so you can set a comfortable temperature in each room.

It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.

Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals, golf and the Sanibel Recreation Center are close by as are the island's delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries. The Sanibel Farmers' Market held on Sundays from 9-1 is not to be missed. Pick up fresh morning baked goods, the night's dinner, or veggies and fruit for a week.

An unique feature of Pointe Santo is its supervised children’s program, available during certain seasons.

You are never far from all the island conveniences with a gas station, grocery store and pharmacy less than a mile away, but at Pointe Santo, you are millions of miles away from hustle and bustle.

The property is great, the area is great (except for those pesky Sanibel mosquitoes), and Robert and Kassie were incredibly responsibe despute being on a vacation of their own.

Awesome property

I have stayed in several condos on Sanibel Island and this condo was probably the best stocked with supplies so that we didn't have to run out immediately to the store. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and small appliances. The view of the gulf was amazing. I have stayed at Pointe Santo previously and it is well on its way to being as beautiful as it was prior to Hurricane Ian (2022). Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We took 94 year old mom on vacation and we were thrilled to find grab bars in walk in showers. She felt so independent. We are cooks and the stainless steel cookware was much appreciated. Even storage containers for leftovers just like home. First floor so easy to get outside. The condo community is across the street from bike path so I was able to get my runs done early. Plan your menus, buy your groceries and the big decisions will be whether to start at the pool or the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrella at the condo. Just remember to bring the bug spray—essential.

Spring Break

Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our time at Pointe Santo so much! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. We drank coffee on the lanai every morning overlooking the beautiful view and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an amazing time riding bikes and shelling on the beach. We are already looking forward to going back!

We enjoyed our stay, nice clean property. Had all the essentials. We would stay there again. Only recommendation would be to replace twin mattresses, they were lumpy.

We had a great time in Sanibel at the condo. Priced below our other family members condos snd was much nicer. The condo had all we needed and good amount of beach chairs umbrellas and other items for a all included stay at the beach. I would come back again!

Wonderful winter getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our escape from winter here! The owners were quick to communicate with us about the check in process. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items and beach supplies. We loved being on the bottom floor with quick access to the beach. The location was amazing. Loved being within biking distance to everything!

Wonderful week!

We had everything we needed prior to our visit and while we were in Sanibel. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the location (first floor and view of lake and horizon) and the wildlife in the property! We played on the beach, at the pool, on the pickle ball courts, took lots of bike rides, and had a fantastic week!

Great getaway on Sanibel

Our family of 4 needed a quick getaway from the cold. Pointe Santo was a great location on the beach. It was conveniently located near all our planned activities like paddle boarding, fishing and a dolphin excursion. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! The ground floor location made for easy access to the beach and pool. The owners quickly responded to all our questions and provided many suggestions for places to eat.

Point santo is beautiful!

Great location on Sanibel. I think this unit has the best view of the property and ocean. Its perfect to be on the ground level for easy access to pool and beach. Very close to Baileys which was perfect for grabbing groceries as we needed them. Owner supplies chairs and umbrellas for beach which was appreciated. The unit is very quiet - we didnt hear a peep from any neighbors. Updated kitchen was nice with everything you need.

Great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo. Couple of suggestions: Could not find a broom or vacuum on site. Would have liked to have swept and/or vacuumed during stay. Also, some sharper knives for cutting fruits and veggies would be helpful. Everything else was perfect! Will come again.

The location and hosts were very accommodating. However, the floors left our feet dirty, we had to buy TP, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Also, the AC didn’t ever cool the 2 spare bedrooms. But the pool and beach were great and the location was what we hoped.

Perfect in every way!

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The condo was spacious, spotless clean with every amenity and detail you would have from home and more. Beds were comfortable with the freshest of linens. Vew was beautiful and so relaxing on the lanai with a cool beverage in the afternoon. I stayed with my son and his wife along with a 5yr old snd 19 month. Super comfortable, beautifully appointed! I will definitely want to stay at this condo again next time. Thank you to our hosts for being so thoughtful about every little detail.

Great condo, great location.

We stayed in March with 6 family members and were very pleased with the accommodations. The first floor location made it very easy to access the courtyard with a lovely view of the pond and the beach and Gulf just past it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well appointed (although it’s probably time to replace the large frying pan). We particularly enjoyed our time on the screened-in porch which had all the right furniture. The location was ideal, with easy access to bike paths, shopping, and wildlife areas. The well-maintained gas grills in the patio area were another nice touch. We were also pleased to find plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use.

Spring Break Vacation

First time on Sanibel, and we loved it! Not only the Island itself, but the condo where we stayed. This unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all we needed - plus extras, like beach chairs and umbrellas(we’ve always had to bring our own)! Also, the complex has multiple gas grills that were cleaned daily by the staff there (my husband loved this part!). We received a very thorough information packet via email from the owners prior to our arrival, which was helpful. We had one small issue with dishwasher, but it was handled quickly by maintenance and we also received a call from the owner. We would stay here again! All in all, was a wonderful, beautiful week!

Great vacation at Pointe Santo

My wife and I plus our 2 sons (ages 20 and 16) plus one girlfriend recently returned from our first visit to Sanibel Island. From our initial contact to departure I have nothing but great things to say about the owners and our condo at Pointe Santo. The condo was spotless and well appointed. There were plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrella - even a tent) and the location was super convenient. Most days I used the grills located just yards from our condo for a quick lunch. Recently a pair of bald eagles have begun nesting just across the road from the Pointe Santo complex and I was blessed to see an eagle swoop down and take a fish from the lagoon less than 50' from me while I was grilling! That was a highlight I never expected. Sanibel, the beach and this condo were were very enjoyable. The only downside I can come up with is the week flew by too fast!
