「It is a older motel, that was remodeled after the hurricanes. The rooms only have a small refridge and an old microwave, no kitchenette. Nice grounds, and on the beach! The price seemed right.」

「We thought the hotel was perfect. We frequent sanibel. Staying in almost a different place everytime. This place is definelty not the cheapest. But everything was on point. Clean beautiful. My kids really appreciated the kayak and paddle boards. So did their grandmother actually. We will be back again some day.」

「It's a newly remodeled facility with quality finishes and good decorating in a knockout location The office manager, Marcie, is very good at her job and a true asset to Colony Inn
It is still under renovation in areas, pool was closed and there are issues with AC/Heat that they are still working out」
