「Definitely not worth $242 to stay there bed not comfortable problems checking in 」

「Love this place. Don't believe the bad! I promise you it's safe and quiet! Talk to the guy in person and get it cheaper!」

「The Oakdale Inn was wonderful! My wife and I stayed overnight while visiting family in the area, and are already planning to stay at the Oakdale when we return. The facility is delightful, with sitting rooms and clean, comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast, prepared and served by the excellent innkeeper, was fantastic and sent us on our way quite full and ready for the day. We highly recommend the Oakdale Inn, and cannot wait to return! 」

「Basic motel but well-run and affordable. Plenty of fast-food and other restaurant options nearby. Bring earplugs or a white-noise machine for highway and neighbor noise.」

「House and room were beautiful, hosts were generous with their time and their hospitality. Dog friendly, too. Everything was better than we could have expected - very strong recommendation for this very pleasant home and fantastic hosts (and their dogs)! 」

「We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. 」

「Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.」

「No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind.」

「Fine stay. Simple place. Clearly just renovated, but done in a decent way. I did hear a bit of noise both nights (dogs, kids), but nothing I couldn't sleep through.」
