"Stay was terrible. No pillow, body wash and towels. Neighbour’s People were really loud and yelling because they were on government homeless support."

"Room smelt strongly of smoke, wifi and internet tv not working, rooms overlook hotel bar courtyard and had a lot of noise until closing. Not all bad, the shower was powerful and warm"

"Buffet breakfast was poor, cold and rubbery bacon, hash browns cold, grilled tomatoes cold. Room had not been replenished of the conditioner and lotion however was replaced after being notified. "

"The room's front door cannot fully close from the inside. If there is no door chain, it will not be secure."

"Very Friendly staff. The cleaner needs to move the beds and vacuum under the beds.. The room was beautifully renovated and neat. Fantastic kids indoor playground."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"
