"Checked into the hotel and the experience was terrible. The room smelled extremely gross, the lights didn’t work, and the water was ice cold in the morning. I tried speaking with management and even wrote a letter, but the manager on duty refused to take it and claimed he would “report it.” The service was awful, and they didn’t even try to offer a refund or make things right. I do not recommend this hotel at all! "

"The only aspects of this stay that weren't a disappointment were the actual check-in and check-out. I don't believe I had clean linens, since I found several pink hairs in the sheets. The shower did not build enough water pressure, and the shower drain backed up almost immediately. I know there was a huge snow storm in the area recently, but it did not appear that they performed adequate snow removal."

"The apartment was even nicer than we expected - very well furnished and with beautiful architectural details. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful extras included that I can't even list them all. It is clear that a lot of thought went into anticipating what visitors might possibly need - everything from puzzles and games, to umbrellas, even some snacks. (Also, the host was very responsive when I had questions prior to booking.) A great experience all around!"
