"For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all. The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was adequate but the pillows were horrendous! Just lumpy lumps of hard sponge! "I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. "Wonderful! Credits to Hannah and Winnah who were so caring from checkin to our departure! We lost our luggage and they were so caring. Working with the airport staff and asking for updates and when we finally got the luggage back, they were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were okay! They also gave us great recommendations on where to buy the essentials when we got there without our luggage and we also wanted to mention the restaurant staff was very attentive as well. Thank you so much for the care and we can't wait to visit again! "
